Unfolding yourself: deepening your understanding of self and spirit
(will NOT be held on 3/28/20)
This will be a day to set aside for yourself. The workshop is designed to help you move from one stuck or unfolded place you are working on. You will be welcomed to explore your own spirituality as we go within to look at that closed place and see if the exercises and experiences we’ll share can’t loosen up the bolts to the door not allowing you to open the door and move in and return freer and more sure of your next step, yourself, or release what you need to. In March, with spring having just sprung, Passover and Easter but a couple of weeks away, this is an opportunity to truly celebrate the freedom gained and recalled in both holidays. Shame? Fear of change? Fear of yourself? Overwhelmed by career or finances? Pain of loss or grief following a move or a new career modification or divorce when you miss the old? Disappointed in yourself? Uncertain who you even are? All of these are issues that women struggle with and we need time to assess, look within, and see what we need to do to be just a little bit healthier.
Eleanor Roosevelt said: "You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do." I promise you’ll have some laughs, maybe a few tears, quiet time, sharing, and time to relax and just process through the day.
Because I want you to feel supported, but also have time for peace and quiet, we are limiting this workshop to the first 10 participants to register. I want you to feel safe, have room to explore without a larger group, and be able to experience the day – not just listen to lectures. The day will include meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, walks, music, and time to be alone to contemplate.
To sign up, either click here or call us at 602.508.9190. Seats are very limited, with only 10 spots available and will fill up quickly, we look forward to seeing you there!

Past Workshops
Auditory Processing Disorders, When the Brain Can't Hear
SPIRITUALITY & PSYCHOTHERAPY: HOPE, COURAGE, & PRESENCE
The goal was to help you understand where your spiritual and emotional paths are entwined in the present. Participants had the chance to begin moving forward in their spiritual lives, whether coming from fear, despair, uncertainty, or dryness to a place of expansion and passion. The day included new exercises in writing, silent meditation, the prayer wheel, and even a bracelet to make. Participant feedback from the session:
"I thought this workshop would be very interesting but I learned much more than I expected to. " "This workshop was excellent - the right mix of information, poetry and music, outdoor spiritual activity, and hands-on activities." "I tend to be shy in a group, I appreciated that there was no pressure to speak and that this was communicated in an email before the session and verbally throughout the day." |
The Wild, Wise, and Holy Women Within Workshop was a great success! After polling the participants, here is the feedback we received:
